Who uses connactz?
connactz is designed for artists, engineers, and technicians in the music and film industries. Whether you’re a DJ, a band, a film project, or any other creative professional, connactz is here to simplify and streamline your management tasks.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by simply entering your email address and setting a password. An activation code will be sent to your email for verification.
Do I have to purchase a premium package straight away, or can I try connactz first for free?
When you create your first project, you’ll automatically receive a free 30-day Gold Agent trial to explore the premium features. There’s no risk of falling into a subscription trap—after the 30 days, the agent will automatically deactivate and switch to the free plan. You don’t need to cancel or take any action if you decide not to continue using the agent.
What is the price of connactz?
Your connactz account is completely free. You can create and join an unlimited number of projects. Use features such as the smart calendar, your mailbox, or your electronic press kit free of charge. Only projects that want to use premium features are subject to a fee. If a project exceeds the free limits, the administrator will be notified and given the option to upgrade.
Can I connect my own calendars?
Yes! You can easily sync connactz with your Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar to automatically update your availability – for you and your film crew. Or, you can enter your availabilities manually.
Is there support if I need help?
Yes, our team will support you personally with all questions relating to bookings, invoices, appointments and your profile - by phone, chat or email.
